Building While Blooming: Why I Created the Comadres Collective

Building While Blooming: Why I Created the Comadres Collective

There’s something sacred about sharing your dreams out loud. The moment you give voice to the vision inside you, it starts to take shape—and with the right people around you, it can begin to grow.

That’s the heart behind the Comadres Collective.

This isn’t just a name. It’s a call to women who are ready to build—businesses, brands, ideas, and legacies—but don’t want to do it alone. As the founder of Bodega Blooms by Naomi, I’ve walked the path of starting something from scratch. I’ve juggled creativity, responsibility, imposter syndrome, and late-night doubts. And through it all, I realized one thing: we need each other.

Comadres is about more than accountability. It’s about community with depth. It’s about saying, “I see you,” when someone finally takes the first step, and “Keep going” when things get hard. It’s about laughing through the pivot, crying when necessary, and celebrating every single win—big or small.

As I continue to grow Bodega Blooms by Naomi, I’m also walking this Comadres journey right alongside you. I don’t have it all figured out. But I do know the power of being seen, supported, and spiritually grounded. So this space isn’t just for you to stay accountable—it’s for me, too. Because accountability flows both ways: to ourselves, to each other, and to the purpose we’ve been called to pursue.

This is just the beginning.

Imagine what’s possible when women come together to dream, plan, and take action with intention. Imagine building something that doesn’t just make money—but makes meaning.

That’s the promise of the Comadres Collective.
And I can’t wait to see where we go together.
